The holiday-themed EP "Joy!" was serviced to Folk radio and specialty stations during the 2017 holiday season. Alongside Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, and Demi Lovato, Rachael's version of the holiday classic "Joy To The World" debuted at #37 on the FMQB Top 40 chart. Joy! was also #4 at Folk Radio for December and 3 songs were in the Top 10.
Additionally, Joy! gained airplay nationwide on many US folk stations and in Canada, the UK, and New Zealand. WXPN's dedicated holiday music stream also added the EP which was in rotation all month.
Sirius XM's popular host of The Village, Mary Sue Twohy, added "Joy To The World" and "Tchatchkes And Latkes". WFMT / Chicago also played both "Tchatchkes And Latkes" and "Hanukkah In The Village" on their iconic show, The Midnight Special.
Rachael's EP The Tide was serviced to Folk radio in the US and came in at #29 for the month of March 2017. "The Tide" single track reached #14, and Rachael was the #28 top artist for the month on the Folk-DJ chart.
Choreographic was serviced to North American Triple-A Radio and College Radio formats in Spring 2016. The record was one of FMQB’s Most Added, debuting at #97 and garnering airplay on over 200 stations including Sirius XM’s The Village. The single “Try Try Try” has had a steady climb up the FMQB AC chart, breaking into the Top 40 at #35, shooting up to #16, #11 and peaking at #6! During her journey up the chart Rachael was alongside artists like Adele, P!nk, Rachel Platten, Justin Timberlake & Ellie Goulding. “Try Try Try” was serviced to commercial AC radio, debuting at #39 in the Top 40 AC Mediabase chart and climbing to #27. "Try Try Try" was also featured in the popular podcast "Welcome To Night Vale".
Choreographic (Acoustic) was serviced to Folk Radio in July and earned the #10 position on the Top Folk Albums Chart, with two tracks in the top 10 “Home” (#7) and “Try Try Try” (#9). For the month of August Rachael Sage was the #13 top artist and MPress Records was the #19 top label.
The Blue Roses US radio campaign yielded some great stats at Triple A and College formats, including: over 200 college, non-comm and comm station adds, increased airplay and spins at over 100 stations and charting in the top 30 at 15 stations. Rachael also appeared on Sirius XM's Derek & Romaine Show in New York, NY.
Rachael's duet with Judy Collins, the cover of Neil Young's "Helpless" was officially released to UK & Irish radio, and received quite a lot of support. Interviews with Judy and/or Rachael discussing their unique collaboration on the Neil Young classic ran on BBC Radio Suffolk, BBC Scotland's Culture Show with Jane Forsyth, and Ireland's RTE Radio 1. Also, UK's beloved Clare Balding presented an in-studio live performance and interview with both Judy and Rachael, on her BBC Radio 2 Good Morning Sunday show.
In the US, the duet peaked at #2 on the Folk Chart, garnering spins on the Midnight Special, WFUV's Sunday Breakfast, and more.
HAUNTED BY YOU was released to radio in the UK and Ireland, along with the single, "California". Graham Norton played it on his BBC Radio 2 show.
HAUNTED BY YOU was serviced to U.S. Triple A Radio and College Radio Formats in May 2012. It was added to over 125 stations and debuted on the Top 30 charts at KFAI in Minneapolis, MN (#26), WSCW in Worcester, MA (#23), WCNI in New London, CT (#16), and WWSU in Dayton, OH (#5).
Delancey Street was serviced to U.S. Triple A Radio and College Radio Formats in April 2010. It was then added to over 160 stations, and charted in the Top 30 at 16 stations. It was the #8 Most Added at FMQB Public Radio and #18 Most Added at CMJ.
"Big Star" was also serviced to Hot AC radio in the US.
In the UK, Delancey Street received airplay on many regional stations including BBC Radio Manchester.
CHANDELIER debuted at #19 on CMJ's Most Added chart, and reached #112 on the CMJ Top 200, and #92 on the RIYL chart.
MOONLIGHT AND FIREFLIES, Rachael's second UK single received very strong response at UK radio. Most notably, it was played on Terry Wogan's BBC2 morning show, after which he exclaimed, "I love that little record!"
ANGEL IN MY VIEW, Rachael's first-ever UK single received airplay on Bob Harris' show on BBC2.
CHANDELIER was the "#2 most played AAA Non Comm Unsigned Indie Artist of the week" as of June 13, 2008.
WILDFLOWER reached #9 on CMJ's "Independent Only Radio Select Tracks" chart!
WILDFLOWER also charted at #48 on CMJ's "Radio Select Tracks "chart (including indie & major releases).
WILDFLOWER debuted at #9 on R&R Magazine's "Top 10 Most Added" Chart for the Triple A format
