MPress Records and Rachael Sage Showcase at Folk AllianceJanuary 26, 2009
For the sixth year in a row, MPress Records & Rachael will be attending one of our favorite annual music events, National Folk Alliance Conference in Memphis, TN. An incredible gathering of over 2000 musicians over the course of five days, Folk Alliance celebrates the art of songwriting and features acoustic musicians from all over the world. Rachael will be performing in the always well-decorated MPress Room (# 1911, see schedule here), as well as several other showcase rooms. For her complete schedule please see the e-card.

“Moonlight & Fireflies” is Rachael’s current single out in the UK. We are very pleased to announce Terry Wogan played it on his breakfast show, which is the premier show on BBC Radio 2. Rachael to perform at "Sunset Sessions" on Valentine's Day!January 22, 2009
Rachael has been invited to perform at M:M Music’s Sunset Sessions, a music industry showcase in California that brings leading radio DJ’s and film/tv music supervisors together to hear rising talent. (Past performers include James Blunt, Jason Mraz, Five For Fighting, Jewel & Jonatha Brooke!) Rachael will be showcasing on Valentine’s Day at the La Costa Resort and Spa. The Independent Music Awards are in their eighth season and we are excited to announce that Rachael’s song “Wildflower” has been nominated in the “Film, TV, Multimedia” category for it’s use in the Lifetime movie “Betrayals”.
