As many of you probably already know, Rachael is project coordinator for the charity compilation series, “New Arrivals”. Over here at Rachael’s label MPress Records, plans are well underway for our next volume which will benefit National Network for Youth. “New Arrivals: Vol. 4” (or NAV4, as we like to call it) is a terrific opportunity for emerging artists, in addition to benefiting a great cause…so if you’re an indie artist, we’re ready to hear what you’ve got! Rachael Sage Named A Winner in Billboard World Song Contest

Great news, Rachael has been named a winner in the Dance Category of the 16th Annual Billboard World Song Contest! Her song “Angel In My View” was remixed by the talented Lior Magal.

Rachael has been invited to join the prestigious list of participants in the SXSW Music Panel “Artist As Entrepreneur”, at the Austin Convention Center on Wednesday, March 18 from 1:30 - 2:45 pm. Moderated by Sonicbids founder Panos Panay, the panel will discuss the tools that artists/entrepreneurs are using to succeed in the current marketplace.

SXSW is approaching and we’ve finalized the line-up for MPressFest 2009! On Saturday March 21st come and enjoy the music of Seth Glier, Katie Costello, Gregory Douglass, Rachael Sage, Melissa Ferrick, Amy Speace and Sarah Borges and the Broken Singles at SOHO Lounge (217 E. 6th St.) in Austin, TX.
